Working with Sellers & Buyers
Selling a home in today’s market can be challenging. It will take more than sticking a sign in your yard. You need an agent with a plan. Martha, Amy and Brian will use both traditional and cutting-edge marketing to find you a buyer. This includes virtual tours, e-mailed flyers, targeted neighborhood publications, postcards, etc. Your property will be advertised through a multitude of real estate and social media sites. A professional photo shoot, full-color brochures and a staging consult are included with every listing. There are no short cuts when Martha, Amy and Brian list your home.
Likewise, when you’re buying a property in the Denver Metro area, you should work with an agent that knows the neighborhoods. You will need answers to some important questions regarding schools, zoning, traffic, bus stops, etc. Some neighborhoods are great for families, while others are better suited for young professionals. It is important that you find an agent that knows what you’re looking for and knows the area.
Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, you will find us to be honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable agents. Our personal goal is to bring a fresh perspective to an old industry. We serve our valued clientele with strong attention to detail, honest care and traditional values, they return again and again .
